02 — The Vision

Malaysia's First Cooperative City

In the 1990s, the Malaysian Cooperative Commission (SKM) envisioned the development of a cooperative city that would benefit all Malaysians. To realize this dream, Koperasi Peserta-peserta Felcra Berhad (KPFB) was selected to lead the project.

KPFB partnered with Rimba Properties Berhad to form a joint venture company, Mutiara KPFB Sdn Bhd. The cooperative city will be built on a 42.3-acre parcel of land in Rawang.

Today, we are proud to continue working towards bringing this visionary project to life.
